JOB DESCRIPTION A client near Torrance, CA is looking for an OCEAN EXPORT clerk. The OCEAN EXPORT clerk will be in charge of preparing documentation (Ocean Bill of Lading, Service Report Log, etc.) for export function. The OCEAN EXPORT clerk will ensure that export process is in compliance with ISO, Customs, etc. The OCEAN EXPORT clerk will issue detailed reports for customers as requested as well as setup export shipment . The OCEAN EXPORT clerk will be in charge of booking & coordinating of most cost effective and efficient means to export goods within customer requirements. The OCEAN EXPORT clerk will be in charge of data entry, billing of services, closing shipments and filing.

QUALIFICATIONS: · 1-2 Years experience as an Ocean Export Coordinator · Understand and know how to coordinate FCL, LCL bookings · Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience · Advanced Customer Service Experience · Intermediate Export Customer Service · Intermediate MS Outlook · Intermediate MS Excel · Intermediate MS Word.
