(1) OFFICE WORKER

Work activities include, e.g.filing; organizing; reviewing paperwork; email & reservations, etc.

BOOKKEEPING experience required.
Knowledge of: Excel, Quickbooks Pro.
This is direct bookkeeping responsibility experience.

GOOD ENGLISH SKILLS - i.e., Clear declarative sentences.
Illustrative tasks - revising and writing forms, instructions & manual.
GUEST tasks - correspondence; handling corrections, needs, etc.
This job requires attention to detail; very, very clear English writing skills (for non-native speaking guests, etc).

GENERAL:

Office - This work has short shifts and flexible hours - but generally late morning or afternoons. We try to accomodate school schedule.
PART-TIME – 12-15 hours.
Want someone working other part time job – or – student w/ flexible schedule.

THERE IS NO NIGHT WORK ONLY; NO WEEKEND WORK ONLY.

Applicant should have:
experience in: (A) office bookkeeping software;
(B) office work.

Applicant must have:
Good & Reliable Work Habits and Personality.
